Project Ceres
Project Ceres is a USD $4.5 billion state-of-the-art urea manufacturing facility under construction in Karratha, Western Australia. Once complete, it will produce 2.3 million tonnes of urea annually, reducing Australia’s reliance on imported fertiliser and enhancing global food security through a sustainable, locally produced resource.
Project Vesta
Project Vesta is a dedicated workforce housing project in Karratha that will deliver over 100 homes. Designed to support the long-term operation of Project Ceres and meet local housing needs, this initiative strengthens regional growth and community wellbeing.
Project Helios Phase 1
Located within the Burrup Strategic Industrial Area, Project Helios is being developed alongside Project Ceres to provide reliable renewable power across multiple operational facilities. The project includes approximately 30MW of solar generation capacity, with installations spanning Site F, Site C and key port infrastructure.

Made in WA Refinery Project
Perdaman is proud to announce plans for a Made in WA Fuel Refinery, a nation-building project designed to strengthen Australia’s fuel security and establish Western Australia as a leader in advanced manufacturing and resource processing. The Made in WA Fuel Refinery will be the first new large-scale fuel refinery constructed in Australia since the 1960s, representing a transformative opportunity to enhance domestic fuel production, strengthen supply chain resilience, and reduce reliance on imported refined fuels. Perdaman will undertake a combined Pre-Feasibility and Pre-FEED program to determine the optimal refinery configuration, supporting port infrastructure and logistics solutions, while advancing the project towards an investable development opportunity.
